April, Trisha, Erin and I piled into the car and took a little 7 hour drive over to Wisconsin Dells<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 We were meeting up with Steve and Amy who are friends of the girls to spend a few days in the largest grouping of water parks in the world.\u00c2\u00a0 We are staying at the Polynesian Resort Hotel<\/a> which has both an indoor water park and an outdoor water park.\u00c2\u00a0 We spent some time on the lazy river and went down a few of the slides yesterday.\u00c2\u00a0 We went out to dinner at Mexicali Rose which is right on the water.\u00c2\u00a0 After dinner the rest of the crew went to watch a water skiing show, while I went back to the hotel to watch game 5 of the Standley Cup Finals.\u00c2\u00a0 Edmonton was down 3 games to 1.\u00c2\u00a0 They ended up winning last night in overtime.\u00c2\u00a0 Edmonton had one person in the penalty box, so they were short handed.\u00c2\u00a0 One of the Edmonton players stole the puck at the blue line and went in and scored the sudden death game winning goal.\u00c2\u00a0 It was a pretty exciting game.\u00c2\u00a0 Game six will be played Saturday at 8:00 PM Eastern in Edmonton.<\/p>\n

Today we went out for breakfast at iHOP, before we headed out to the pool area.\u00c2\u00a0 Steve and I were using the smallest tubes and going down the water slides.\u00c2\u00a0 We were a little big for the tubes and were getting dumped at the bottom of the slide.\u00c2\u00a0 We were able on occasion to stay right side up.\u00c2\u00a0 We also went down in a double tube (Steve and I)\u00c2\u00a0 which makes you go really fast down the tube.\u00c2\u00a0 We flipped on that one too.\u00c2\u00a0 April and Amy went up to the room to get showered up.\u00c2\u00a0 Erin, Trish, Steve and I went to the indoor park and sat in the sauna for a while.\u00c2\u00a0 I really like saunas.\u00c2\u00a0 I am excited to have one up in Unalakleet next year.<\/p>\n

Sounds like we are heading out for dinner right now.\u00c2\u00a0 MooseJaw is the resturaunt of choice for the evening.\u00c2\u00a0 I am planning on wearing my MooseJaw shirt this evening.\u00c2\u00a0 Maybe I’ll get some free food.\u00c2\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
