{"id":93,"date":"2006-06-20T19:18:25","date_gmt":"2006-06-21T04:18:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bbryson.com\/bill\/?p=93"},"modified":"2006-06-20T19:18:25","modified_gmt":"2006-06-21T04:18:25","slug":"lazy-days","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bbryson.com\/bill\/2006\/06\/20\/lazy-days\/","title":{"rendered":"Lazy Days&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, I am really in summer mode now.\u00c2\u00a0 I went golfing with Jim (Erin&#8217;s dad), Bill, Rick, and Glen (Erin&#8217;s uncles) Monday night.\u00c2\u00a0 We only played 9 holes.\u00c2\u00a0 It was a lot of fun.\u00c2\u00a0 I enjoy golfing.\u00c2\u00a0 Mostly be cause I am outside walking around.\u00c2\u00a0 There is of course the sport of it, but I am pretty laid back when it comes to the rules on golfing.\u00c2\u00a0 My cohorts were a tad more restrictive when it came to the rules.\u00c2\u00a0 Like when I tee-off, and it goes flying into the woods and have to get another ball and tee-off again.\u00c2\u00a0 I wouldn&#8217;t count the first one because, well, I can&#8217;t find that ball, and I&#8217;m starting from the same place there is no need to count it right??\u00c2\u00a0 :)\u00c2\u00a0 So out of the five of us Jim came in first and I came in last.\u00c2\u00a0 The other brothers were interspersed in between.\u00c2\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Right after the game, Jim and I raced home to catch game seven of the Stanley cup finals.\u00c2\u00a0 Edmonton vs. Carolina.\u00c2\u00a0 Jim and I were rooting for Edmonton because really should a place that far south have a hockey team let alone win the cup?\u00c2\u00a0 Well Edmonton really didn&#8217;t play well the first two periods.\u00c2\u00a0 They turned it up a notch in third, but it wasn&#8217;t enough.\u00c2\u00a0 They ended up losing 3 to 1 after Carolina scored an empty net goal with less than a minute to play.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike a normal summer day for me today I got up at 8:30 in the morning.\u00c2\u00a0 I<br \/>\nthink it was partly the sun shinning in the window onto my face, and<br \/>\nthe fact that I really needed a shower.\u00c2\u00a0 :)\u00c2\u00a0 After the golfing and the hockey game I was wiped out, and crashed.\u00c2\u00a0 So I felt all grimy when I woke up this morning.\u00c2\u00a0 So I got up and played a little nintindo.\u00c2\u00a0 That&#8217;s the thing to do these days.\u00c2\u00a0 After that I watched &#8220;A history of violence&#8221; which was kind of an interesting movie.\u00c2\u00a0 I had never seen it before, and would recommend it if you don&#8217;t mind a little violence, and are into movies that are a little different.\u00c2\u00a0 After the movie I was sufficiently awake, so I hopped in the shower and got cleaned up.\u00c2\u00a0 Then it was back to the nintindo.\u00c2\u00a0 My goal while Erin is gone is to beat Super Mario 3 with out warping.\u00c2\u00a0 I beat it last week with warping, so now I am trying to go through all of the levels and beat the game.\u00c2\u00a0 I had a great start a couple days ago..
