I couldn&#8217;t wait to try it. Apparently microwave mug cakes have become all the rage. I&#8217;ll admit, I was a bit skeptical, but the recipes had good reviews. And now, well, I&#8217;m on board!<\/p>\n<p>What I love about this recipe is that it literally takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish, and it&#8217;s really tasty. This particular recipe is the <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.babble.com\/family-kitchen\/2011\/08\/16\/two-minutechocolate-peanut-butter-cake\/\">Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake<\/a>, but I also made the <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.babble.com\/family-kitchen\/2011\/11\/12\/2-minute-chocolate-salted-caramel-mug-cake\/\">2 Minute Chocolate and Salted Caramel<\/a> cake for my dad and Donny &#8211; they both gave it the thumbs up. (And I wish I would&#8217;ve taken pictures of those, because they puffed straight up over the coffee mugs and looked cool.)<\/p>\n<p>The goal, now, is to not make these too frequently.
