I was losing the adventure in the situation quickly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Thanks to our local plumbers (one who I happen to be related to &#8211; thank you, Jess!), we got a new pipe to run water from the source into our house. This was great news to arrive home to last night. The not-so-great news? Well, the pipes UNDER our house were frozen solid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">A new diesel-fueled heater and a very patient husband later, I&#8217;m happy to say that our water is working and so are our drain pipes.
