Flowers from Bill – not "My Bill"

flowers

Wednesday night my father-in-law, Bill, arrived with these beautiful flowers. I absolutely LOVE having fresh flowers around our house, and of course it’s more special when someone thoughtful brings them to you!

We didn’t get to visit long, as it was getting late and I was turning into a pumpkin. Thursday before the guys took off for to get ready for the hunt on Bryson’s Debs property (somewhere near Bemidji and Clearbrook), they stopped by my classroom. We had an early-release day which my team uses as an art day. Art days = loose schedule. Loose schedule for my group = chaos. Still, I was still happy to get to show my kids off! 🙂 I was also happy to be able to show my Bills off to my co-workers for a brief moment.

I haven’t heard how the first day of hunting went, but I do know the guys enjoyed a BSU hockey game last night. I’m looking forward to their return early in the week – hopefully with plenty of venison for our freezer. I’m also looking forward to some more time to catch up with Bill II!
