Alright, please excuse the lack of interesting posts… I’ve basically been working hard to move from Easy to Medium status on Guitar Hero. Allow me to explain –
So, the Svirs got Guitar Hero, and Mike was kind enough to bring it over and let us play last Friday night. Wouldn’t you know, we were hooked. In a moment of weakness, I agreed that we, too, could benefit from a little more music in our lives. Yep, I’ve been rockin’ out ever since. 😉
Well, we did take a little break to head to Bemidji this weekend. We had a great visit with Bill’s grandma, and then out to Zac and Bunny’s. It was a beautiful day for a drive and always great to see family.
Tonight we headed out for dinner with Mike, Amanda, and Axton. Then we came back to the apartment for a little friendly competition. Here are a few pics from our evening.

And – one other picture to share from the week…

Bill and I decided on a little fiesta to enjoy the Wednesday I got off from work last week due to cold. I decided to bring a taste of Mexico to our little apartment. Mmmm!
Rock on!!! Nice post, and great pictures. Thanks for spending some time with us this evening!! You Rock!!
I understand the addiction to Guitar Hero! Rock Band is just like it, except there’s a microphone and a drumset, too… Way too much fun.
The Mexican looks good 🙂
Looks like fun, Ersy….
That Axton sure is a cutie!
See you soon.
xoxo
And also:
Your hair is SOOOO long! I mean- I know i haven’t seen you in a couple of weeks, but I swear it has grown about 6 inches!
Great post! I’m sure you made grandma’s day by swinging back for a visit. That Axton is getting pretty darn cute.
Love Barb
Looks like you guys had a blast with Guitar Hero! So pretty soon you and Bill will start your own rock band – right?! Great pictures! Especially love the one with you and Axton.
Hope you and Bill are well. When’s your next trip north? Miss you guys a lot!
Love you lots and lots,
Mom
Hi Erin,
Don’t worry about the lack of time get together! I totally understand!
And – PLEASE, keep checking in on my losing journal. It is fun (and motivating) to have someone keep track of my progress. Maybe we can start an online support blog!!!
by the way – Axton is adorable!
Love your fiesta! Fun, FUN!
