April and Trisha are down in Iowa with Amy for the weekend. Needless to say, I’m happy to hear they’re having fun but jealous that I can’t join in on the festivities.
They did some shopping, ate lunch at The Cheesecake Factory, got a coffee, and gabbed on the cell phones at the mall and driving home. You can check out my version of their day in the photo gallery.
Bill and I played plenty of Nintendo today. Now I’m off to a “crafting party” down the road.

You’re so cute! I enjoyed your “not in Des Moines” photos. We’re enjoying a long weekend with no work or play practice, but so far we’ve spent a lot of time asking, “What do you want to do?” It’s so rare to have a long weekend, that we most often waste a lot of time wondering how to spend it!
