Well, I’ve been keeping busy since I dropped Bill of at the airport Monday morning. I know he, too, has been busy hoping flights left and right. In fact, he’s already in the 3rd village for this trip! He’s been updating his blog frequently for those of you who’d given up on checking!
Anyhoo… we had an inservice day on Monday then “Courage Retreat” for our 6th graders on Tuesday. So, by the time I actually had to teach a lesson, it was Wednesday! Now, of course, Friday is staring me in the face – and I’m loving it!
Tonight Amanda came over and we FINALLY worked on our scrapbooks! She did some darling pages of Axton, and I started a book of Alaska pictures. Now, some of you are thinking – oh, she must’ve finished her wedding book. You, however, would be incorrect. I just decided that it’d be a good time to get down some of the stories from the past 3 years before I lose the fun details and it becomes a blur. So, the wedding album will have to continue to wait. Maybe this’ll be practice enough so I’ll be confident to put it together!
Here are a couple of pictures from our evening.
Amanda sharing her creativity.

The first page of my book.

I’m not sure what (other than a trip to Staples tomorrow night) this weekend holds. I may meet up with Ape in Maple Grove to get a bridesmaid dress ordered. I’ve definitely got SLEEPING IN on the agenda. Yahoo.
Impressive! I just got home, and you already updated your blog!! We kicked butt scrapbooking, and can’t wait until we get together again!
Hey- cute page! Looks like you two gals had fun!
I am hoping to meet up with you tomorrow…. and we can drive to St Cloud if you wish?…
Happy Friday
Love you
Oh for fun, Erin!!!
I didn’t know you scrapped and cropped!
I know what you mean about starting your Alaska book first. I keep thinking I should do my wedding album, but the three kids’ books are more pressing, for the same reason. I don’t want to forget this stage — I want to get it all down while I remember!
Let’s get together – SOON! Send me an email and we’ll get crackin’ on a date and time!
Have a great Friday. I read Bill’s blog! Wow!!!
I aspire to be a scrapbooker… I just haven’t had the time or money to jump in. I have precisely two pages of my wedding album done, and none of Evan’s. My goal has been to do one page a month for him, but he’s nearly 11 months old, and I haven’t done any. I have the phots, some notes written, but that’s about it…
Looks great, Erin.
I hope you have a good weekend. I bet you miss Bill!! Matt just got here, and we’re getting ready to play Rock Band. A pretty addicting game, I must say…:)
I am so jealous…wish we were scrapbooking together…I miss being creative with others…well friends like you!
Glad you got a chance to be with a friend to start your creative endeavor…and I am sure it will turn out awesome.
Scrap On!
I wish I were as creative as you. Oh well. Looks like you had a lot of fun. I hope you have a great weekend. Love you lots and lots…….
