There’s a thick layer of slush on the ice in front of our house, so it doesn’t look like we will have a skating rink this year. Today, we decided to take advantage of the ice rink in town. The ice was choppy, and my skates were dull, so it wasn’t quite the experience I’d hoped for. Bill seemed to enjoy himself enough, though, as he worked at a little pick-up game of hockey with these elementary kids. 🙂
