Bill’s team lost to my dad’s team at the curling league tonight. What this means for me is that I spent the evening at the lake by myself. It was a nice, quiet, couple of hours here – and it’s always nice to have them home.

I like your challenge of blogging everyday of the week. It can be tough, but a great challenge for sure! Bill’s beard surprised me… it is very Alaska! I have never before seen him with one, it’s fun. It’s good to catch up with you through some pictures. Kate and Sawyer are just little beauties! Miss you.
I spent an hour or so in a bar tonight, watching Olympic curling and listening to the three other people in the bar try to explain the game to each other. None of them had any idea what they were talking about, but it sure was fun to hear them try to make sense out of it.
