It seems like just yesterday that Bill and I were finishing up our last minute wedding preparations. I suppose I’ll never be able to wrap my mind around how quickly time flies.
We decided that instead of going out to a restaurant for dinner we’d pack a little picnic and head out on the lake. We had beautiful sunshine for our time out, but we decided to try to beat the dark skies home. We made it just in time to listen to a little downpour hit our rooftop.
What a wonderful evening and a perfect reason to celebrate.

Hooray! Happy anniversary, you guys! I remember your wedding–it was beautiful! (It SURE doesn’t seem like it was five years ago already, though… How did that happen?!?)
Glad you had a great day. We’re actually packing to head up north for a week–we should try to get together! Evan is going to Bible school with his cousins starting Monday, and we’ll stay through Timber Days. I think Laura is going to be in town too. Perhaps malts at the Montana are in order??? We’ll be at Josh’s mom and dad’s until Tuesday night, and then we’ll move to my parents’ house. Give us a call–or we’ll call you! In any case, we’ll be in touch.
