April, Trisha, and I headed down to Iowa Friday night for a weekend with the Stepecs. We had a terrific time catching up with Amy, Steve, and Jack. And of course, we were all excited to meeting baby Henry.
Saturday morning we visited over coffee and yummy waffles.
Then it was on to cookie decorating… and eating!
Of course there was a lot of baby holding.
And then it was time to head out for a little shopping and lunch at the Okoboji Grill. (Or whatever you want to call it.) 🙂
Sunday brought more visiting, laughing, eating, and relaxing before we headed back towards the cities for the night. We can’t wait to do it again! (And perhaps bring Bill and Jesse along so Steve isn’t so outnumbered!)
What a fantastic weekend…love that you had a girls weekend…fun times! Someday…someday…well…maybe…we just don’t seem to want to make it happen…heck I don’t even have any days…ugh!
That baby is so sweet and looks incredibly cuddly!
I miss that family already! We will definitely have to plan another get together with them soon….
