While I was off in San Francisco, Bill was buys working on the kitchen. We began tearing up the old tiles the day before I flew out – it wasn’t an easy task. He finished the rest of that up, and then he and Jesse installed the new linoleum. In that process, they also removed a cupboard to make room for a new dishwasher.
It seemed nothing wanted to cooperate as Bill and Dad worked to get the plumbing fixed up and a new breaker put in, but I’m happy to say I got to run the first load of dishes through my new miracle machine last night! It works great (and I learned it can run for up to 3 1/2 hours depending on how dirty the dishes are… good thing it’s got an energy star rating!). I’m really not a fan ofย doing dishes, so I’m feeling a bit like a princess now.
Please, drop on in and dirty a dish! ๐
Hi Princess. Congrats on the wonder machine. Love you!
I’m so glad i won’t have to dishes at your house anymore. I hated that.
๐

too funny…i love that you now don’t have to have dishpan hand…we have a dishwasher for the first time in 18 years…and I have to say I love it…and that is coming from someone that doesn’t mind doing the dishes. ๐
wish i could come dirty a dish.
Yippee for the new present! I’ll be there this summer to dirty my dish!
