Short & Sweet
Today was a busy day of classes, ordering library books, wrapping up a book donation drive and all the other odds and ends that make up the day. The bad part was I was tired. I discovered last night I had put my quilt block together wrong and it was bugging me. Sooo at 3:00 am I got up and ripped seams and resewed to get it right. I felt better about the block, but I paid for it at school today.
I went to my first Round Robin Quilt class. We each shared our center blocks then passed our work to someone else who will design and sew the next border. I’m a little nervous because 4 of the 6 are very serious quilters and have already done 2 – 4 Round Robin’s already. It will be a challenging learning curve.
Bill and I went to Totem for dinner and had a juicy burger. We’re tired of looking at turkey sandwiches, soup and casserole.
